Julie has been with TP Aerospace since 2017 and has played a key role in the company’s transformation from a founder-led scale-up into a professionally structured and globally integrated organization. Having joined as Communications & Sustainability Manager, she has progressed through several leadership roles, most recently serving as Director, Strategy, HR & Communications.

During her tenure, Julie has built TP Aerospace’s global HR function from the ground up while also leading the company’s communication, ESG and organizational development agendas. She has also been a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting the company’s growth, international expansion and organizational development across global markets.
