By working strategically with corporate responsibility, we aim to contribute to TP Aerospace’s overall value creation while simultaneously benefitting the environment and society at large.

This policy outlines our commitment to integrate ethical, environmental and social concerns into our day-to-day business operations as well as our strategy for managing our impacts on the environment and society.
As signatory to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), we are committed promoting sustainable development by working with the UNGC’s ten internationally recognized principles on human rights including labor, environmental protection and anti-corruption.

2. Respecting Human Rights

We are committed to respecting all internationally recognized human rights as they are outlined in the International Bill of Human Rights (IBHR). We use the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP) as our blueprint in our endeavors to ensure that we do not cause negative impacts on people’s enjoyment of their human rights as a result of our business operations.

Our standards and guidelines are aligned with the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and provides employees with clear guidance on how to avoid implication in corrupt actions, including: bribery, facilitation payments, fraud, kickbacks, etc.

3. Fighting Corruption

We have a zero-tolerance towards corruption in all its forms, and it is our policy to act in strict compliance with national and international laws and standards. No employees must engage in any form of corrupt practice and we work actively towards the elimination of facilitation payments, whether directly or through third parties.

4. Protecting the Environment

Given the nature of our business, re-use of parts is at the core of our operations, and we are committed to managing our activities in a way that has the least possible adverse impact on the environment and climate.

We strive to continuously optimize our environmental performance though through various initiatives, including efficient use of resources, transport optimization, monitoring and disclosure, etc.
